Nicole Leong, founder of Mindful Mahj, is an Iyengar yoga teacher, artist, and designer with a deep appreciation for the connection between mindful movement, creativity, and joyful community.
As Group Fitness Director at The Club at Harbor Point, she teaches a weekly class on Thursdays at 10:45 AM, welcoming both members and non-members alike. She also teaches Saturdays at 11 AM at Bija Yoga in San Francisco.
