The International Mahjong Festival will celebrate the many ways Mahjong is played around the world, with Mahjong demonstrations and play, cultural experiences, international food, Mahjong-related vendors, community partners, auction, and plenty of Mahjong love!

The International Mahjong Festival brings together players, instructors, and enthusiasts representing a variety of Mahjong traditions, including:

Play, Connect & Give Back
The Festival is also a community fundraiser, supporting programs and opportunities for youth, teens, adults, and seniors through Mill Valley Recreation.
Proceeds will benefit Mill Valley Recreation’s scholarship program, helping individuals and families throughout Southern Marin access recreation and enrichment programs that might otherwise be out of reach. From Mahjong and bridge to summer camps, swim lessons, recreation programs, and so much more, these offerings create opportunities for people of all ages to learn, stay active, experience culture, make connections, and build community.

Bring your business to the Festival! We welcome local businesses, makers, artists, food vendors, and community organizations that would enjoy connecting with an engaged local audience.
Rather than a traditional vendor fee, participating vendors are asked to contribute 20% of Festival-day sales to support the fundraiser.
